Botox

Botox is an injection that can be used for many reasons. Many people use Botox to eliminate wrinkles in their face, however, the benefits can go further. Many people use Botox to control neck spasms, lazy eyes, and other issues.

Another beneficial use for botox is excessive sweating, called hyperhidrosis. Hyperhidrosis causes a person to sweat excessively. Botox blocks the nerves which send the signals to your brain that triggers sweating. When Botox is administered to your feet, you will see a great reduction in the amount of sweating.

Hyperhidrosis can lead to a number of foot problems. While excessive sweating may be thought of as a cosmetic issue, this can lead to a number of more serious complications including, skin irritations, nail fungus, corns and callouses, and more. This is especially a problem for diabetic patients.
